Perry's Pickles at its core is about doing things the old school way-- no preservatives, no additives, and only natural ingredients that are easy to pronounce. Everything is done by hand-- receiving, preparing, packing the jars and labeling— one by one. Each item is meant to feel homemade, infused with care and beauty. That commitment to quality and flavor is strong as ever.

Here’s me, Christina, in a photo with my husband Len (a local literature professor), taken soon after assuming the reins in August 2023. Over the past 12 years, the Perrys built up a legacy of deliciousness, close to many people’s palates and hearts, in the Hudson Valley and beyond. I’ve gotten calls from North Carolina, emails from Texas, been called pickle lady in unexpected places (clothes shopping in Kingston) much to my delight.

Let’s just say I’m stepping into big shoes with sizable dreams of my own in tow!! A small business is (not gonna lie) a test of will, faith, and a labor of love. Playful, imaginative and seriously persistent about infusing memory and meaning into everything I do— there’s so many places for ‘A Pickle Story’ brand to grow into. Ask me any questions.
